The Master of the wind..

I am so glad I know the Master of the winds. What a comfort it is to know that when the storms of life come our way we can rest assured that He has His hand on us and will not allow more than we can endure come our way.

Saturday the 27th. we were hit by a storm that caused some damage to our shop and office building. But God kept His hand on us and it isn't anything we can't have fixed and be back in business, so to speak, in a few weeks. We were blessed to not have any damage to our home or family members. GOD IS GOOD!!!

The roof was torn off and parts of it was tossed over the building, hitting power lines and knocking out our power and landing in the side yard.

You can also see in the first picture, on the right side, a garage door that was pulled closed and the winds pulled it off of the tracks and into the yard. The picture below is a shot of the door from inside the shop bay area.

Christmas for Christ

What a wonderful feeling to give for such a great cause,
Christmas for Christ.
We each light a candle on a map of the U. S. A.
and place our gifts in a gift box.
It is a blessing to give to others.
We're all excited about doing more this year than we've ever been able to do before.

The Glue That Holds US Together

We all know some more so than others, how BIG our God is. But it is always thrilling to unravel another awesome mystery in the creation that we often overlook.
I knew about laminin. Here is how wikipedia describes them :'Laminins are a family of proteins that are an integral part of the structural scaffolding of basement membranes in almost every animal tissue.' You see....laminins are what hold us ogether....LITERALLY. They are cell adhesion molecules. They are what connect one cell of our bodies to the next cell. Without them, we would literally fall apart. And I knew all this already. But what I didn't know is what laminin LOOKED LIKE.But now I do. Here is what the structure of laminin looks like...AND THIS IS NOT a 'Christian portrayal' of it....if you look up laminin in any scientific/medical piece of literature, this is what you will see...

Now tell me that our God is not the coolest!!!Amazing. The glue that holds us together....ALL of us....is in the shape of the cross.Immediately Colossians 1:15-17 comes to mind.
'He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by him all things were created; things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities;all things were created by him and for him.He is before all things, and in him all things consist. (HOLD TOGETHER) Colossians 1:15-17
Call me crazy. I just think that is very, very, very cool. Thousands of years before the world knew anything about laminin, Paul penned those words. And now we see that from a very LITERAL standpoint, we are held together...one cell to another....by the cross. You would never in a quadrillion years convince me that is anything other than the mark of a Creator who knew EXACTLY what laminin 'glue' would look like long before Adam even breathed his first breath!!We praise YOU, Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Merry Christmas to all

To become as a little child!! (Matt. 28:2) What an example we've been given!

I have need of nothing but more of Him and my prayer for all mankind is that we see, more clearly, our need to become as Christ! Glory in our suffering and trial for this will make us stronger.

God Bless you & yours!!

Merry Christmas Pastor Clark & family

We did something new this year that I hope everyone LOVED it!!! We had a receiving line for the Church family to take a minute to drop a card and gifts in a box and to offer words of appreciation to the Clark family for ALL they do for our congregation! As this is the season for giving we wanted to GIVE just a little back to our Pastor & his lovely family.

Our Dear Elders were first.
Sister Clark is so much fun!!!

We even had some youth revisit our Church
